Beatriz and Nicholas were just married in beautiful Jamaica at the the Half Moon Resort. I started working with Beatriz about a year ago and she was filled with ideas! Most importantly, she wanted to incorporate sand dollars into her save the date as well as invitations. I created her super cute pocket/magnet save the date, box invitation as well as her menu and thank you cards.

A bridal shower close to my heart… a BIG congratulations to MY SISTER, Ali who is getting married next month! Her shower was yesterday at Orchard Hill at Old Westbury Gardens. Orchard Hill is an old rustic farmhouse set on historic property of Old Westbury Gardens, having over 200 acres of lush gardens, lakes and paths to walk around on. The venue holds special meaning as Ali, as she spent a lot of time there during her high school years hanging out with friends and taking photographs. The day turned out bright and sunny and the shower was just beautiful. For Ali’s invitations I wanted to go for an antique look, having a modern twist. I was able to bring those two looks together with the mix of metallic papers, using the stone paper to represent the gardens then adding the metal frame highlighting a small photo of the venue.

A big congratulations to Denise and Jaime who were married at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle, New York this April! Denise’s inspirations revolved around a beautiful Hourglass along with her and Jaime’s “cherished moments” that was incorporated into all of her wedding elements. I love how each element of their invitation was personalized with their “cherished moments” which ranged from their first date to special trips and things they did together. For their program and menu we carried along the same look as their invitation. Denise added such a nice touch on the program adding photos of her parents as well as Jaime’s parents on their wedding day.
